New home build, framing to finished
This single-story home went up from framing to finished, on a freshly graded lot: trusses set, house wrap up, dark vertical siding, a metal roof, and a concrete front porch to finish it out. See our new construction & framing page for how we approach a build like this.
Garage framing on a slab
Walls framed square on a concrete slab, then we set the roof trusses on top. Same framing approach as a house, scaled down to a garage or shop. See our new construction & framing page for more on this side of the work.
Bathroom rebuild, studs to tile
This bathroom came down to the studs, old tub and all, then went back together with a new tub and a white tile surround. It's the kind of remodel where the framing behind the wall matters as much as what you see when it's done. Details on remodeling & interior work.
Second bathroom and new flooring
A separate finished bathroom with a new tub and shower, vanity and gray vinyl plank floor, and a wood floor refinished in a bright room with a row of windows. Both are the kind of interior work we handle alongside the framing and building side of the business.
Covered porch
A new covered wood porch with a metal roof and a square wood railing, added onto a blue house. More on decks & porches.
Deck and stairs
An elevated wood deck on the back of a house with a long stair run down to grade, built with fresh lumber. Stair stringers and landings are where a lot of decks go wrong if they're rushed, so we take our time getting the layout right before the boards go on.
Privacy fences
Wood privacy fences along a side yard and across two different backyards, one running along a tree line. Straight lines and set posts are what make a long fence run hold up. See fence installation for how we approach a fence line.
Trenching and dirt work
Trenches cut for buried conduit along a sidewalk, across a front yard, and out on a rural lot, plus a narrow trench cut with a walk-behind trencher along a landscape bed where a full-size excavator would tear up the yard, a deep trench cut down a slope beside a house, and a water line trenched out to an RV pad. Culvert and drainage pipe installation
Digging out for a culvert under a driveway or field entrance, then setting the corrugated pipe in the trench and grading the crossing back in around it. See our excavation & grading page for more on this side of the work.
Storm cleanup and tree trimming
Cutting up downed trees and limbs after a storm, and trimming a tree from a lift next to a house where a ladder won't reach. Storm work like this can lead straight into repair work on whatever the storm damaged. See tree removal & storm cleanup.
