What we collect

When you fill out the estimate form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email, town, the type of service you're asking about, your message, which page you submitted the form from, and the page you came from before that (the referrer).

Call and text buttons

When you tap a Call or Text button on this site, we count that tap along with which page it happened on and the page you came from before that. We don't tie that count to who you are, it just tells us which pages people are using to reach out.

How it's used

The form sends that information to us by email so we can follow up about your job. Each request is also logged with a timestamp in a private spreadsheet so we can track who's reached out and follow back up if needed. We don't use it for anything beyond running the business and getting back to you.

What we don't do

We don't sell it. It's handled only by the tools that run the form: Google (the spreadsheet and script that receive it) and our email provider. We don't run ad tracking cookies on this site.

Having your information removed

If you'd like the information you submitted removed from our records, email ferryconstructionexcavation@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
